Matt Shaia serves Brockenbrough as Managing Director & Director of Investment Operations. Matt is primarily responsible for leading the Firm’s operations and administration efforts. He is integrally involved in Brockenbrough’s strategic initiatives as well as the ongoing operational, legal and regulatory components of the Institutional platform. Prior to joining Brockenbrough in 2013, Matt served as an Associate at Cary Street Partners. He has over 13 years of investment experience and holds a B.A. in Economics & Business from Lafayette College.
