I'm a lead investment advisor to trustees of pension schemes, corporate sponsors and charitable endowments, helping them deal with the full spectrum of investment issues they face. I'm also part of our market-leading specialist pension risk transfer business and help pension scheme clients with investment aspects of buy-in and buy-out transactions. I'm passionate about people management and I head up the investment team in LCP's Winchester office, managing our fantastic people on a day to day basis. Prior to joining LCP in February 2008, I worked in the investment practice at Hewitt Associates for over three years in a similar role, having graduated from St Edmund Hall, Oxford University
