As both a cofounder of the company and a Gen 2 member of the original client family, Matt provides oversight for all activities at PrideCo. Matt brings extensive experience as a leader of both operating and investment companies. Prior to forming PrideCo, Matt has led consumer products companies in the bicycling and outdoor industries for over 23+ years, including 20 years at his own company, Hydrapak. Previously, he worked at Drexel Burnham Lambert in Beverly Hills and at Shamrock Holdings. Matt holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University and a MBA/MS from Stanford University. Matt serves on the Board of Directors for Fastest, Inc. and is an outdoor enthusiast.
