Mr. Beary has a strong entrepreneurial drive with >25 years in real estate, private equity and financial services ventures. He is the founder and a principal of Clarity Strategic Opportunities (Clarity) and Claritas Property Management, an affiliated property management company formed to enhance control and execution for assets purchased with institutional investor partners. Mr. Beary was also a founder and principal of an investment advisory firm which he grew to over $300 million in AUM before completing a strategic sale and merger of that business. Mr. Beary sources value-add and development investment opportunities through a broad network of relationships. He established Clarity sh
