Mary Beth is currently the Executive Director of the Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund, a defined benefit plan for Ohio's municipal public safety officers with $19 billion in assets. She previously served as General Counsel to OP&F since 2008. She began her career with the Ohio Attorney General as a trial lawyer specializing in labor, employment and constitutional matters. She was the Chief Labor Counsel and bargained on behalf of the Attorney General with Fraternal Order of Police and OCSEA/ AFSME units. Mary Beth also served as Fiduciary and Labor Counsel to the Auditor of State of Ohio and became the Deputy Chief Legal counsel to the Auditor. She was the Auditor’s advisor on the five Ohio P
