As we transfer the CEO position I will be responsible for providing insight and continuity of that exchange, throughout 2017. In addition to those duties I will be providing leadership to our lead advisors as we continue to improve and maintain the quality of service and the standard of care that we provide to our clients. I will also be evaluating our services, with existing clients through one on one interviews and personal meetings. Finally, internally, I will be working and helping our co-workers to maintain our mission, vision, and values which our foundation to the fiduciary principles on which our firm was established.
