Mark Serrano is a Director at RockCreek. Before joining RockCreek, he worked at the World Bank Treasurer’s Office and the Investment Management Department, where he provided quantitative analysis for domestic equities and alternative investments. Prior to this, he was an accounting assistant. Mark is a graduate of Knox College with a B.A. in Economics and Music.
