Mark serves as a Principal, Head of Wealth Management, and Investment Committee Member. He is a voting portfolio manager of the Kovitz Hedged Equity Strategy. Mark also serves on both the firm’s Fiduciary Board and Executive Committee helping formulate and implement both long-range strategic initiatives and daily operations. Mark was a founding team member of Kovitz. Prior to the formation of Kovitz in 2003, he was working as a Financial Advisor for the Kovitz Group within Rothschild Investment Corporation. Mark graduated in 1997 from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
