Prior to founding MAVRIK, Mark Pathy was President and CEO of Fednav International Ltd., an international dry bulk shipping company, and co-CEO of its parent company Fednav Limited. He remains a member of the group’s Board of Directors. Before joining Fednav in 1999, Mark worked in advertising in Toronto. Mark is the Chairman of the Board of Stingray Group Inc., a position he has held since November 2017 after initially joining the Board in 2015. He serves on the Board of the Pathy Family Foundation, and he is Chairman of the Board of the Dans La Rue Foundation. In addition, he is a member of the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation's Board and Executive Campaign Cabinet.
