Mark manages the private equity middle office team. He is responsible for overseeing the cash management, cash forecasting, deal funding, and investment data functions for the private equity strategies within Adams Street funds. In addition, he leads the vendor management for all banking, custody, and fund-level borrowing relationships. Prior to joining the firm, he was Vice President and Head of Trade Operations at Guggenheim Partners Investment Management. In this role, he managed the confirmation and settlement process for all trades across fixed income, equity, synthetic equity, repo, repo margin, and private placement transactions.
