Mark Constant serves as treasurer for Franklin Resources, Inc. and leads the Corporate Finance & Treasury group, which manages the firm's investment and capital management programs and is responsible for global treasury operations, as well as investor relations, corporate development (M&A), global insurance management and global real estate and facilities management. He is a member of the firm's management committee and chairs the corporate investment committee.
