After working for a CPA for 5 years, Marilyn established her own client base and worked to develop customer’s individual accounting systems and office procedures. She began working with Joe Barreiro at Barreiro & Associates in 2006. Following ten years as Joe’s assistant handling many aspects of account servicing, Marilyn began her journey to become a licensed financial advisor. In 2017, she became Joe’s partner as the business transitioned into Wealth Creation Management Group. Now in addition to her Bachelors Degree in Accounting, she has her Series 7 and 66 licenses, her Life Insurance and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses and is a registered investment advisor in 6 states.
