Maria is a Director at Windrose Advisors managing the firms’ operations and fund accounting. She works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Maria also collaborates with the client service team, and investment team. Maria joined Windrose as an assistant Controller, then was promoted to Vice President and now continues her work as a Director. Prior to joining Windrose, Maria worked as an Assistant Controller at Solar Capital, Ltd., a publicly traded business development company in New York City. There, Maria worked directly with the CFO and Controller on all accounting processes across multiple funds at combined value of three billion. Previously, Maria wor
