Mr. Alisdairi has approximately 20 years of investment banking experience assisting companies on a wide range of financial and strategic matters. During his tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners, he has advised on a wide range of strategic sales, mergers acquisitions and separation transactions for numerous leading global healthcare corporations as well as capital markets advisory services to multinational and emerging growth clients in the life sciences, diagnostics and medical technology sectors. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners at its incept
