Lyla S. Poncher has been a Managing Principal of Voyager since its inception in 1997. Beginning in 1975, Mr. Pocher managed his own and his family's investment portfolios which were substantially invested in hedge funds and real estate. In 1983, Mr. Poncher and his father, Jerry E. Poncher formed JLK Associates, a multi-manager limited partnership which is still an active and significant investor in Voyager's portfolios along with Poncher Investment Partners, L.P. a second family partnership formed later.
