Lucia serves as Director – Investor Relations. Her primary responsibility is to facilitate the ability of outside investors to co-invest with the firm and our principals & shareholders. She also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Lucia brings 15 years of client relations and business development experience with her to CAZ. The majority of that time was spent as a Relationship Manager in the Business Banking Segment of JPMorgan Chase. She also has experience in the insurance and investment industries from her time with AIG Valic and Bank United Securities. Lucia is a native Houstonian and holds a B.B.A in Financial Planning from Baylor University.
