Lucas helps source, evaluate, and monitor the investments in Calvert Impact Capital's portfolio. Lucas manages a diverse portfolio that includes affordable housing and community real estate developers, small business lenders, and microfinance institutions. Prior to joining Calvert Impact Capital in 2010, Lucas worked at the National Governors Association where he conducted research on state economic development policy. Lucas holds B.A. degrees in Economics and Asian Studies from Vanderbilt University.
