Elizabeth joined Gresham House as part of our acquisition of TradeRisks in March 2020. Elizabeth supports the Housing and TradeRisks teams, covering Local Authority debt transactions and Housing Association business plan analysis. Prior to joining, Elizabeth spent four years at EY in the audit department, with a focus on asset management and private equity companies. Elizabeth has four years of professional experience and is a Chartered Accountant. She holds a first-class honours degree in Mathematics from Durham University and is currently studying towards the CFA qualification.
