Origination, underwriting, structuring and approval, document negotiation, closing, funding and asset management of LIHTC investments and loans. Both direct and fund investments; loans included: warehouse lines of credit, acquisition loans, CRE/ construction loans, and bridge loans. Depth of experience analyzing financial statements, preparing and sensitizing projected financial statements, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Proven ability to network with all stakeholders within the affordable housing industry.
