My key responsibility includes leading and driving direct lending transactions all the way from deal sourcing to screening, credit analysis, due diligence and investment committee presentations to terms negotiation, loan documentation and closing - either bilaterally or in close collaboration with partners. Secondarily, I am involved in credit fund selection and investments.
