Ms. Schuckman joined The Praedium Group in 2014 and is part of the investment team, where she plays a role in the analysis, due diligence and transaction execution functions for the acquisition of new assets, as well as for the management and disposition of existing assets. She is primarily responsible for covering certain markets in the West. Ms. Schuckman is also part of the company’s asset management team and is a member of the ESG Committee. Prior to joining The Praedium Group, Ms. Schuckman worked in the Accounting group at GTIS Partners and as an auditor at Ernst & Young.
