Len is responsible for initiating and enhancing client relationships, as well as the strategic development of Kovitz’s alternative investment offerings. Prior to joining Kovitz, Len served as Chief Operating Officer for Weber-Stephen Products, LLC (Weber). He began his career with Weber in 1978, where he held various roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, and was also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Before joining Weber, Len served as a Supervisor at Ernst & Whinney, where he provided audit services to both public and private companies.
