Lee received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. He is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, Oklahoma Beta chapter. He completed his Masters of Business Administration in 2000 from the University of Central Oklahoma. Lee specializes in developing and implementing retirement plans for business owners. He also helps clients structure employee benefit and compensation plans. Lee's clientele include Dental and Medical professionals as well as small business owners. Lee lives in Cashion, OK with his wife, Stephenie, and has four children: Jacob, Isabella, Alayna, and Drake. They attend Crossings Community Church in Oklahoma City, OK.
