Laurie directs the research, development, and implementation of Strategic’ s hedge fund investment activities. Additionally, she is a member of Strategic’ s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, a cross-functional team that works to develop and retain diverse talent both within the firm and within the financial industry, to encourage and evaluate diversity within our sphere of influence (our firm, our managers, our vendors), and to foster an equitable and respectful work environment throughout the firm.
