Lauren manages and enhances the firm’s performance measurement and reporting capabilities. She also works closely in the management of Adams Street’s proprietary database and reporting systems and other special projects. Prior to joining the firm, she spent seven years at Northern Trust, most recently as Vice President within the Investment Risk and Analytical Services Team. Lauren is a member of Adams Street’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee and Co-Chair of Adams Street’s Charitable Giving Committee.
