Lara is a Strategy Director at Insight Investment responsible for the development of new strategic investment capabilities. Lara joined Insight’s Corporate and Product Strategy Team in 2014 and has played a key role in developing new investment and structuring solutions for Insight’s global fixed income business. She has played a lead role in the design and execution of strategies and infrastructure for both pooled and separately managed accounts, including private debt & direct lending, multi-asset credit strategies, unconstrained credit and absolute return solutions, in the UK, Europe and in the U.S.A.
