Lance Scott is the founder and president of Bay Harbor Wealth Management, a company dedicated to helping individuals and families establish strategies for their financial future, and serves as the company's Chief Compliance Officer. Lance graduated from the McDonogh School in Owings Mills, Maryland, and later attended the University of Vermont, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and a minor in business administration.
