Lance is a graduate from Lee University, where he received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He began his career with Dun & Bradstreet, in 1996, working as an analyst selecting investments for pension plans. In 1998, he transitioned to SunTrust, continuing his career as a portfolio manager for high net worth clients. When SunTrust began to reduce operations in the central Florida area, Lance decided to affiliate with Morgan Stanley and continue working with high net worth clients.
