Lake Lambert, Ph.D., began his tenure as the 16th president of Hanover College July 1, 2015. He came to Hanover from Mercer University in Macon, Ga., where he served as dean of the College of Liberal Arts since 2010. Prior to Mercer, Lambert served as a professor of religion and Board of Regents Chair in Ethics at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, from 1996 to 2010. During his last two years, he served as assistant dean of academic planning at Wartburg and directed the college’s strategic planning process.
