L. Miles Brazie has served as Chief Executive Officer since 1991, and Chairman since 2011. Mr. Brazie began his career in financial services at the Company in 1977. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton in 1979, became a FINRA registered representative in 1978, and a registered investment advisor in 1995. His duties include the day to day management of the company and its subsidiaries, sales and marketing. He is also a registered operations, municipal securities and financial operations principal. In 1998 Mr. Brazie was recognized as one of the leading brokers in the United States by industry publication “Registered Rep.”
