In 2023, Kurt joined Chestnut, bringing decades of industry experience to his role at the helm of the Chestnut investment team. Kurt was most recently with Wright Partners, where he led acquisitions and leasing activity for the development of healthcare and retail assets. Prior to this, he spent a decade leading the healthcare real estate development platform for Anchor Health Properties. His experience also includes division management and overseeing development for a national homebuilder. Kurt spearheads Chestnut’s acquisition and asset management activity.
