Mr. Stebbins is the CIO of the Oklahoma Teachers Retirement System. He has over 30 years experience working with institutional investments in various capacities and enjoys the application of current quantitative investment finance techniques to monitor and improve portfolio structure and design. Mr. Stebbins began his career in 1988 with Mercer Investment Consulting in the Dallas office. There he worked with a variety of institutional clients including corporate and public pension funds, endowments and foundations, as well as high net worth trusts to develop strategic solutions for their investment portfolios.
