Kirk serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Westminster Financial Securities, Inc. His duties include the day-to-day management of the broker/dealer, recruiting, and sales & marketing. He is registered as a Series 4 (Registered Options Principal), Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 24 (General Securities Principal), Series 52 (Municipal Securities Representative), Series 53 (Municipal Securities Principal) and a Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law). Mr. Stager also serves on the Investment Policy Committee and is a member of the Westminster Financial Companies Board of Directors. Kirk has been with Westminster for 24 years. &nbs
