Kim Sargent is Chief Investment Officer at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, managing and growing the Foundation's $8.5 billion endowment in order to support the Foundation's philanthropic programs in children's health and children's education, reproductive health and rights, the environment, and science. Prior to joining the Packard Foundation in 2008, Kim worked at McKinsey's San Francisco office with financial institutions. Before business school, Kim worked at the Yale Endowment where she focused on international equities. Kim is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Aspen Institute's Finance Leaders Fellowship program.
