Kim joined Bailard in 1996. She received a BA in economics from Santa Clara University in 1995 and earned her Certified Financial Planner designation in 1999. As Director of Operations, Kim works on behalf of the Wealth Management team in numerous capacities including internal group operations, project management, compliance, strategic planning, budgeting, and hiring. She supports the team’s current initiatives while also helping to implement improvements that will drive future efficiency and growth.
