Mr. Toney joined American Century Investments in 1999 and has worked in the financial industry since 1993. Previously, he was an associate for TD Securities and a financial analyst for Bear Stearns. Mr. Toney received his bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Virginia and his master's degree in business administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a CFA® charterholder.
