Kevin serves as the Firm’s plan design, administration, and operational consultant. He co-leads Francis Investment Counsel’s Minnesota division located in the Twin Cities and has over 20 years of retirement plan recordkeeping and consulting experience. Prior to joining Francis, Kevin was a partner and senior consultant for a large international consulting, actuarial, and employee benefits firm. He has his B.A. in Communications from Marquette University and is a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).
