Kevin Shires was born in Des Moines, IA and attended Dowling Catholic High School. He enrolled at Iowa State University where he obtained bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing, and a minor in Family Resource Management while graduating with distinction. Kevin started his career in the finance industry in 2002. Displaying a passion for wealth management, he earned the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations in 2008, and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter in 2011.
