Kevin Rivchun joined The Townsend Group in 2008 and is a Vice President of the firm. Mr. Rivchun maintains primary responsibility for the firm’s real assets investment research, due diligence and underwriting, with a focus on global agriculture and timberland investments and strategies. Mr. Rivchun participates in strategic planning, portfolio analysis, benchmarking, investment planning, manager due diligence, performance measurement and client relations. Investment programs include a range of investment structures including separate accounts, commingled funds, co-investments and direct investments.
