Kevin Francis leads Newport’s financial services staff in developing plan design proposals and financial analysis involving complex funding of non-qualified deferred compensation and defined benefit programs. Kevin also collaborates with Newport Consultants, Regional and Managing Directors, and our strategic alliances to produce dynamic funding design solutions for prospective clients. Previously, Kevin worked in Newport’s Greensboro office in the Design and Analysis Department where he assisted in the consultation and implementation of non-qualified plans for the COLI and BOLI marketplaces.
