Kendall works closely with the investment and research teams to develop and implement investment solutions that meet clients’ objectives. During her tenure at Strategic, she led the real estate team. Currently, she sits on the Private Markets Sub-Committee and was previously a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Strategic, she was the financial manager of a California real estate investment and development firm. She holds an M.B.A. from Darden Business School at the University of Virginia and a B.A. from Harvard University. Kendall is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Society of Washington, D.C.
