Kelsey joined the DCIO in 2012 and co-leads the office with a focus on broad portfolio strategy, diligence, and execution while continuing a lead role in the global equities and fixed income investment portfolios. Prior to Dartmouth, Kelsey was an associate director at Willett Advisors, where he assisted with manager selection and portfolio construction for the fixed income and public equity portfolios. Previously, Kelsey held positions with Investor Group Services in Boston, MA, and Nautic Partners in Providence, RI.
