Ms. Durels joined The Praedium Group in 2014 and is part of the investment team, where she plays a role in the analysis, due diligence and transaction execution functions for the acquisition of new assets, as well as for the management and disposition of existing assets. In her role on the acquisitions team, Ms. Durels is primarily responsible for covering certain markets in the Southeast and Southwest. She is also part of the company’s asset management team, is a member of the ESG Committee and leads the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
