As a member of Willow Creek’s management team, I consider myself to be our head “clients-come-first” cheerleader, and I hope that same enthusiasm is felt throughout our operations. I oversee our systems and I help shape our firm-wide growth and development. I assumed my COO role after 20+ years of managing operations at Willow Creek. I have overseen many initiatives – from advancing our service offerings, to applying the latest technologies – always with an eye toward how each could best contribute to our clients’ financial well-being. As CFO and a member of the leadership team, I contribute to strategic planning for business and employee development.
