I design transformative experiences that unite leaders from the U.S. and Japan in meaningful collaboration, blending strategic vision with hands-on execution. As Executive Director of the US–Japan Leadership Program, the flagship initiative of the United States–Japan Foundation, I lead strategy, operations, and engagement for a global network of more than 550 leaders.
