Kelly Gottschalk joined the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System (DPFP) as Executive Director in April 2015 and has overall responsibility for DPFP’s administration, operations and investments. From 2009 to April 2015, Ms. Gottschalk served in numerous capacities with the City of Tucson, Arizona, most recently as its Deputy City Manager. Prior to that, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Assistant City Manager, where she oversaw the City’s $1.3 billion operating and capital budget.
