Kelly Donnelly joins Heron from New York Attorney General Letitia James’ office where she served as the Director of Communications. Prior to that, she served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Advisor to former Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy, advising the governor on matters of the state and overseeing all communications for the executive branch.
