Keith Hocter is an Investment Consultant and a co-founder. He received a B.S. in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Prior to forming Bellwether Consulting, Keith led the Investment Services Team for Prudential’s defined contribution business, providing consulting support to large retirement plan sponsors. Keith also managed the RFP response, investment communication and education, and product development teams for retirement services.
