Ms. Donnelly has more than 30 years of experience in personal trust administration and trust tax planning. She has worked closely with trust clients in the areas of estate planning and risk-based investing. Ms. Donnelly coordinates the tax reporting function for FCT. In addition to working closely with clients in the area of financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, estate planning and trust administration, she leads FCT’s Cedar Rapids retail division providing support and guidance to the team of dedicated trust officers within the region. She is a graduate of the ABA National Trust School and Cannon Financial Institute for Personal Trust Administration.
