Kathy is a senior member of Cliffwater’s portfolio advisory group. In this role, she serves as a consultant to Cliffwater institutional investors, including public and private pension plans, endowments, and foundations. Prior to forming Cliffwater in 2004, Kathleen was a Managing Director and Principal of Wilshire Associates from 1994 to 2004. Prior to Wilshire, Kathleen was an acquisition officer purchasing spacecraft and satellites for the US Air Force where her work included analyses and presentations for Congressional and executive level Department of Defense staff.
